[FTU] Select a network. No wireless networks found, refresh does not help. Same is true when accessing from settings. Rebooting device solves problem. Found on Helix.

Sounds like a wifi network specific problem.
Can you consistently reproduce this? If so, we'll probably want to get some logs to figure out why this is failing during FTE.

Yes, this happens every time regardless of what network I'm on. Happy to provide logs, just let me know what to do.

Okay, that implies there might be a problem with how you flashed the device. I've seen this happen when I flashed my Buri device incorrectly.
How did you flash the device?
