User Story

Temp workaround/pre-construction before bug 971990.

Approximate Flow:

- Poll the server every n seconds for any calls
- When a call is received, open the conversation window and pass it appropriate parameters for the call information.

Oops, misread bug. We've implemented a work around for now that uses a websocket to the push notification server, hence wontfix for this.
