I re-ran the command since GET_APP_INFO was fixed to resync ratings. cage-fighter now shows USK 12+ for violence.

Not sure if I'm looking at the right thing, but I don't think the attachment has a violence descriptor.

That should have been verified on prod, here's a postfix screenshot.

I'm not sure where we stand on this bug, but I still don't see any content descriptors in the Firefox Marketplace. In addition, there are apps that don't have any rating at all (see attached). Did Mozilla extend the 4/15/14 compliance date? Please let me know if there is anything we can do from our side to assist.

The IARC deadline has been extended until May 15, and Karen Ward is leading an investigation into whether we can create a new rating called "unrated" that can be applied to the remaining apps. These apps would remain visible on Marketplace except in regions where a rating is legally required.

Is there any way we can increase the priority level of the descriptor fix? I'm getting a lot of pressure from the other rating authorities. It has been broken for quite a while. Thanks in advance for whatever you can do.

Sorry David, I am still looking into this. I'll re-pull all descriptors soon.

A couple of more things to add to this bug:
Inquiry from PEGI on these apps -
4178 Space Shooter (shows only a 16), should show bad language, gambling and interaction.
1829 Space Surfer (shows only a 7) this one has been reviewed and modified, should show violence icon.
4925 AND 4226 Zombie Getaway (shows only a 7), ) first one has been reviewed, should show fear for the first one and fear, violence and location sharing for the second.
1064 Zombie Revenge (shows only a 7) should show fear and violence icons
2437 Scary sounds HD (shows only a 7) should show fear icon as well
Also, all PEGI rating and descriptor images have had their borders "rounded". Can this be reverted back?

The root issue is fixed. Waiting until it lands tomorrow to refresh all content ratings on Marketplace.

Kevin,
This fix only works on a go forward basis, correct? Can we discuss how to adjust the errors already on the storefront?

We have code that goes to every app and re-downloads the content ratings from the GET_APP_INFO API. I have run it, but it doesn't seem to be covering all apps 100%. I'm continuing to work on that.
In the meantime, if a rating authority triggers a GET_RATING_CHANGE, it will re-download all content ratings. So that could be a workaround if an app is missing content ratings.
