The site renders correctly on Keon.
The main difference in the screenshot seems to be that a Google Translate toolbar appears at the top of the page in Safari. That probably indicates a problem with Google Translate's sniffing, not an issue with respublica.al. Hence, I think we should close this bug. We may want to open a new one to investigate if Google Translate is discriminating against non-iOS browsers.
