every opt and debug Windows run on that one push, though after I clobbered and retriggered a new build, the runs on the retriggered build were green. That'd make you think it was some odd needs-clobber, except for https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=bfee51e9ff3c where the first run of Win8 debug browser-chrome hit another intermittent, so the poor guy retriggered, during the 16:00 hour, and hit this.

My current best wild guess is that something in the bowels of FHR looks back 14 hours, which today would have been an hour which did not exist, and as a result decides that 1+0=2.

My alternate wild guess is that some invisible external dependency (gavin says my theory that it's Google, since this test completely horrifies me by actually doing a Google search and then trying to stop it by mashing the equivalent of the Stop button, is incorrect) was broken for a while and then got better.
