When you set any of the preferences listed below to a negative number, you'll run into issues when loading websites while the browser tries to update the tiles under about:start. We should either not allow users to set the preference to a negative number or make it so a negative = 0.

- browser.display.startUI.topsites.maxresults
- browser.display.startUI.bookmarks.maxresults
- browser.display.startUI.history.maxresults

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open fxmetro
2) Change any of the preferences that are listed above to a negative number (usually I get the best results setting the history pref)
3) Once you've changed the preference to a negative number, load any website

Current Behavior:

- The above preferences can be changed to negative numbers causing stability issues (fxmetro stalls)

Expected Behavior:

- User's shouldn't be able to change the preference to a negative number and should never stall fxmetro to the point were its not usable anymore

Issue found using the following build:
