User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140212131424
Steps to reproduce:
It looks like netcom (the registrar for .cm domains) is treating .com.cm, .co.cm, .edu.cm, and .net.cm as top level domains.
The wikipedia article here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.cm mentions .com.cm, .co.cm, and .net.cm. If you go to netcom's whois site (http://www.register.cm/whois.php), and put in 'com' and nothing else, you get this error message: 'This TLD is not supported, only one of .com.cm, .co.cm, .net.cm, .edu.cm, or .cm is supported!'
Actual results:
The .com.cm .co.cm, and .net.cm domains are not treated as top level domains. Try these google searches to see examples of domains using these TLD's
site:.com.cm
site:.co.cm
site:.net.cm
site:.edu.cm
Expected results:
Update the public suffix list with the diff below to treat .com.cm, .co.cm, .net.cm, and .edu.cm as TLD's

This is all quite sketchy.
According to Google, there are a few businesses in com.cm and co.cm but also a lot of parking. There's only www.edu.cm and no other domains, so that doesn't look like a suffix. gov.cm also seems to have many sites. net.cm is all parked domains.
I think gov.cm is the only one we clearly should add, unless the registry themselves get in touch.

I checked with the registry. Besides .cm there are .co.cm, .com.cm and .net.cm for public registrations at least as a registrar we are able to register domain names under these third-levels.

Yes, I do.

OK. Based on Tobias' comments, we should add .co.cm, .com.cm and .net.cm to the PSL. We should leave edu.cm until there's some official docs or some evidence of use.
