1. Open urbandictionary.com in Fennec (maybe FxOS too?)
2. Wait a bit for the "download our app" banner to appear up top
3. Tap the X to close it
...

I noticed this also happened on http://www.newbelgium.com/beer.aspx, so it likely happens everywhere. A quick search on github reveals the jQuery Smart Banner script which is a good place to start analysis: http://jasny.github.io/jquery.smartbanner/

Hm..
I don't see a "close" button on the urbandictionary.com banner
I do see one on newbelgium.com but in the current Firefox beta for Android it works fine to close it with one tap.

Retest?
