Please implement means for the end-user to easily customize date, time and number formats (the latter would require bug 982124 or bug 837480 implemented first).

Rationale:
Assuming we will never have all possible locales and use-cases in the world covered, I'm not convinced that tying formatting options to a particular locale in use is a good decision.

When I as a localizer received my Keon, the first and probably the biggest thing that annoyed me was that I was basically forced to use AM/PM time formats everywhere, just because Gaia was not localized into Lithuanian and English is my next best choice. Seeing that there is no English (UK) locale in Gaia yet, I can assume that brits with Firefox OS devices feel similar about the inability to fix "inverted" date formats on their devices.
