One thing I find very useful in all editors is the ability to drag an object
further up or down a page of a document. This is not possible with composer. I
think this would be a really useful feature to add.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Composer
2.Hit enter enough times so that the page scrolls
3.Insert an image at the bottom of the page
4.Drag the image to the top of the page
Actual Results: You can not move the image further up the page. If you make a
decision to move the image further up the page after inserting it near the
bottom you can not simply drag it up the window. Instead you must cut and paste
the image or drag it a to the top of the screen and scroll up and drag it some more.
Expected Results: I would expect that I would be able to drag the object up the
screen and the screen would scroll. This makes things a lot simpler, it is a
basic function of almost every type of editor.

Actually, this is a dupe of bug 41708, I think.
