Copied from description in bug 982430. See that bug for mockups of error page. Copy changes: > Can't reach this site > A network error occurred while trying to reach the site. > The was connection interrupted. If the user presses "try again" and the same error occurs, the error message will include extra copy: > The site Firefox keeps trying to reach is not working at this time. You may want to try the site again at a later time. The animation and effects should be the same as defined in bug 982421.
