print a weekly calendar from Lightning, the title should be the calendar name, not the week

The Week number is not a particularly relevant title for a weekly print,  at least not when it is significantly larger that the title and centred as opposed to the title left justified
Because of its size and bolded font, this entry is by far the most visible on the entire printed calendar. Editing its characteristics should be high on the list, thank you.
