Steps to reproduce:
I opend the Sync-Settings in FF 29 Aurora (german) and clicked on Manage. Then I logged in to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings
Actual results:
I don't see "Passwort ändern" (german for Change password) correctly.
Expected results:
There should be a normal ä.

It displays properly against master of the FxA content server. This will likely be deployed next week.
