This is a follow-up from bug 875562.

We want CrashManager to have a more formal API for adding crash events. The original use case was to facilitate easier testing. But we may end up needing it for plugin hangs, other reporting.

This is a low priority bug.

Bug 983313 added CrashManager.addCrash(processType, crashType, id, date).
