form field entry drawn in wrong location

Details
When I use the login form at dvdplanet, the data that I enter into the input
fields appears quite a bit above where the form fields are drawn themselves. I
have a screenshot of this at <http://nikita.ca/tmp/mozilla-bug.gif>. If you
look there, the login name "nikita" is drawn right underneath the "DVD audio"
gif, and the password (******) is a bit below that.
Before I type anything, the text cursor is also displayed in the wrong place.
This bug is always reproducible by going to the login web page at the above URL.

Yeah, this is one of the more annoying bugs. :( A partial fix is already in
latest CVS and will appear in 0.9.4; a better one should be in 0.9.5.
