As an operator I want to be able to specify which ringtone should be shown on the device based on the SIM card in case it is inserted after the First Run Experience Acceptance criteria: * This is to add the case of inserting a SIM card after the First Run, because it is not defined in bug 891730 * And only to be applied the first time to insert a SIM card of an operator that is defined in the device * Ringtone will be configured depending on MCC/MNC of the SIM card * If ringtone was changed previously by the user, it will be preserved
