The compose textarea for emails is set to a height of 10rem which leaves some empty space at the bottom. This might be intentional but it was a little surprising to me. Feel free to wontfix this if there is a good reason for this.
STR (on Hamachi):
1. Open the email app and compose a new message
2. In the compose message, enter a bunch of lines of text (10 lines or so). While the keyboard is up the textarea takes all of the available space between the "subject" input field and the keyboard, so everything looks good
3. Tap on the header of the page, or on the "subject" label to dismiss the keyboard
4. Scroll the compose textarea
Expected: the textarea extends all the way to the bottom of the screen, maximizing the use of the available space
Actual: the textarea only fits about 5 lines of text and the bottom of the screen is wasted space

Suggest upgrading to v1.4 if you can.

I was seeing that in both 1.3 and 1.4. Although maybe I didn't flash 1.4 properly. Will check again.

Yeah, my mistake. Doing a full flash and reset-gaia got me running real 1.4 code.
