Steps to reproduce
--------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Start device
2. Plugin headphone
3. Launch Dialer and make a MO call to another device
4. Answer the call on the other device
--> On test device, the dial screen shows "Connecting" forever even when user end the call. User cannot kill Dialer app need to restart device.
Note: this is only reproducible when headphone is plugin. Without headphone, phone call can be made.
Please see attached adb logcat. Test time starts at: 03-14 11:33:48.611

Sam, could you please also take a look at this one? This is similar to Bug 982007.
