Details

As seen while working on the refactor of tps on bug 966434, the extension is loaded too early. Because of that I'm not able to read the bool preference for fx accounts enabled, because it is not available.

We might want to register tps for profile-after change (if necessary at all) and push all necessary information via preferences from the python side to the browser.
TPS is currently working fine.
