Bug #977188 will separate security issues into a new category. The Developer HUD menu needs to be changed accordingly.

Drive-by addition of a "Log changes in adb" setting for the pref.

Thanks for the review! I flipped the setting to `true` by default and merged the pull request after travis' approval.
