As seen in the linked video, when the help subpanel is open (as it is when I launch the UITour from there) the highlight for the customize button appears where the customize button would, but doesn't.

(Now, this could be because I've got an extra noautohide patch in my queue, so if people can't replicate on tomorrow's nightly, perhaps it's not actually a bug, but it seemed worth filing just in case it is.)

Well, we set noautohide during the tour so this can be reproduced by opening a subview after the tour opens the panel menu and then clicking the arrow in the page to go to the next step where it should highlight something in the panel.

e.g. When the customize button is highlighted, open a subview and then click the arrow to have the add-ons icon highlighted.
