984002 - test_zmedia_cleanup.html appears twice in test manifests

This isn't really a big deal, but I thought I'd point it out. For some reason this test is listed twice in the manifests:

Currently we only run it once since it's only copied to the filesystem in one place. With bug 938019, we run it twice.
