Steps to reproduce:

Add an account using XMPP protocol, SSL only when available, allow plain text authentication.


Actual results:

The connection fails, with log report: Handshake failed (-8172)
ssl_nss_handshake_cb


Expected results:

The new account should have been connected without requiring SSL.
