Description:
When importing contacts from memory card, the screen is blinking during the loading, importing or sometimes exporting contacts process

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140317040204
2) Open "Contacts: app
3) Navigate to "Contacts Settings" (cogwhell)
4) Select "Import Contacts"
5) Select "Memory card"

Actual:
The screen is blinking 

Expected:
The contacts are loaded and  imported without blinking screen

Is this reproducing with a small amount of contacts imported (e.g. 20 contacts from a memory card)?

No it doesn't reproduce with small amount of contacts, I imported 125 contacts without any blinking and OOM issues, but the screen started blink after I tried import about 800 contacts
