The layout of this page (and some other pages on this site) is wrong initially.
If I hit the back button and then forward it fixes itself.

The problem is that the bulk of the text of the page is very far to the right,
past the window width.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  bad layout

Expected Results:  correct layout
Page lays out wrong in the latest nightly, but correct in a CVS build with the
patch for bug 97619. Marking dup.
