I noticed this while fixing up some 28.0 stuff. Eg, bld-linux64-ec2-007 has taken some mozilla-beta and mozilla-release jobs in the past few days.

This is probably because misc.py stuff doesn't apply to release.py.
I think this was fixed by http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbotcustom/rev/b2d1346ccd68, where we made the nextSlave function used by release jobs check jacuzzis.
