984971 - [UX] Bookmark navigation confusing users

I've noticed this issue coming up in feedback.  Users are expecting to be able to navigate to their bookmarks via the menu (I assume that they would be equally confused about History, but that isn't explicitly mentioned).  This is analygous to desktop.  Many users don't know how to get to about:home to see the lists.  I think that having both options might be good for less technical users.

Roland and I are working on a broader document to explain this bug and some related issues.  Will update this week.
