Description:
Returning to the Weather Channel app after closing email causes a blank white mailto page to appear after the app page loads.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20140317040204
2) Download The Weather Channel app from the Marketplace.
3) Return to the homescreen and select The Weather Channel.
4) Navigate through the setup until the city weather page is reached.
5) Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Email symbol.
6) Once the email page appears, long tap the Home button to bring up the card view.
7) Swipe up the Email card to close it and either tap the Weather Channel card or close the card view and launch Weather Channel from the homescreen.
8) Observe the appearance of the page that appears.

Actual:
The Weather Channel page appears momentarily then a blank white page pops up with "mailto://" in the header.

Expected:
The Weather Channel page appears with no errors.
