Steps to reproduce:

In two days I received three emails like this for my app that is in english.
Example:

Object: no funciona 
Message: (empty)

Object: funcion
Message: ¿ como funciona la aplicacion?

Now this people not help me for understand the problem and it's a my problem but i have no information about the app they require support.

It's possible add a form for write the email that require an object and a message? 
With an alert to write in english?
I use the google translate but they write some words that don't translate...

This is a great feature request, but is unfortunately not something we will likely get to for a while.

We always support contributions, and would love for you to join us! If you're interested, shoot me an email and I'd be happy to help you get started.

In the interim, you do have an option. Under the "Support Information" section of your edit app page (e.g. /developers/app/<slug>/edit), there's a section for listing a support website. If you'd like a custom support form, I would suggest creating and hosting one yourself, using that field to direct users there.

The idea for a custom form it's not bad it's impossible hide the email of the developer.

Let's prefill the subject in the email with some details about the app, eg: Support request from the Marketplace: App-123.

This is probably too much for a good first bug, but could be a good addition for a more seasoned contributor.
