* Open Firefox settings
* Select customize
* Disable some of the Hub pages
* Start Guest mode

Results: Hub panels that are disabled persist into guest mode

Expected: Guest mode starts with the default set of panels enabled
OS: Windows 7 → Android
Hardware: x86 → ARM
This will be fixed with bug 940575.

Why was it decided that this should track 30, not 29? Too risky for 29? Users can enable/disable panels in 29.

The patch I'm working on for bug 940575 is too risky for beta.
Fixed with the patches in bug 940575.
