Alarm, timer, and stopwatch are being selected when selecting the vibrate toggle button.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140317040204
2) Open the Clock app
3) Select the 'Timer' page
4) Scroll to the bottom of the page
5) Select on the vibrate toggle

Actual:
Alarm, timer, and stopwatch are being selected when selecting the vibrate toggle.

Expected:
Can select the vibrate toggle.

Looks like a touch events problem involving the hit point for the Y-axis being incorrect. Could be a dupe of bug 982320.

Assuming this is gecko related, then this should already be fixed per the backout of bug 980679. Can we confirm that?

Since the gaia's are the same on both builds this lead me to believe it was a gecko issue, is this correct?

Made the most recent 1.4 production build and issue did not repro.
