I think this regressed from some of the fog in the titlebar work that was done recently on Windows. See attachment for a screenshot of the graphics corruption that I'm seeing. Resizing the window causes the window frame to turn black, bringing it back to maximized shows the same corruption from before.

I'm pretty sure this is a result of bug 940455. Unfortunately I don't have specific STR yet, I've just been using the browser normally today.

This may be related to changing the window frame color on Windows8 while Firefox is running, since I have been doing that recently as part of fixing a different bug.
