latest-esr ( http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest-esr/ ) point to 24.3.0 while it should point to 24.4.0. (released yesterday) It should point to this: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/24.4.0esr/

We've got scripts that do it, but we wait for QA sign off on the "esr" channel before doing so - so we don't have a way to trigger it beyond "human hits a button". We do plan to put that button on Ship It eventually (bug 886522), which will give folks you the ability to trigger it at the right time.
