User Story

As a user with a vertical app grid, I want to be able to place icons into distinct divisions on the home screen in order to help me organize my apps when I no longer have panes.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. I am able to move icons to an existing division and the app grid is updated to reflect the change per UX spec.
2. I am able to create a new division and move icons into that group and the app grid is updated to reflect the change per UX spec.
3. I am able to place icons anywhere within the division that I choose and the app grid is updated to reflect the change per UX spec.
4. Upon moving the last icon out of a division, the division is deleted and the app grid is updated.
