User Story

As a user, I want to be able to move icons around in a vertical app grid to maintain the functionality that I currently have on the homescreen.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. When moving icons in the veritical app grid, the grid scrolls based on the interaction described in the UX spec.

Most of this work was done in the initial prototype: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/79b3274d61b6011bc91c157443857dae39363acb
But also landed a few follow-ups here: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/71fd4cab423ce8875b0ca12e896137229bf3a6ec

Some of the movement heuristics were not defined in the spec such as animation tweening or keyframes, but this should be good enough that we can do QA on it and verify. I'll work with UX over the next few weeks and we can always tweak/polish this particular user story more.
