OS: Ubuntu 12.04 x86, Win 8.1 x64, Win 7 x64, Mac Os x 10.8.5

STR:

1. Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/29.0/firstrun
2. Start the first run tour.
3. On the first page narrow the height of the FX page.

Expected:
No visible changes are made on the ui tour page.

Actual:
The image from the bottom side of the page, the one under the information bullets disappears.

This issue is reproducible on all 4 steps

This is intended as part of the design - for small height screens we chose to hide the image as it becomes obscured by the menu panel when it opens.
