Description:
Changes to the language after the first in The Weather Channel app are not retained when the app is closed and relaunched.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140319000200
2) Have The Weather Channel downloaded from the Marketplace and set to a different language.
3) Launch The Weather Channel from the homescreen.
4) At the city weather page, tap the drawer icon in the top right corner then tap Settings.
5) Tap the "Weather in other languages" option located below the temperature section.
6) Select a different language and enter a valid city or zip code if needed.
7) When the city weather page loads, long tap the Home button and close the app.
8) Relaunch The Weather Channel and observe the page language when the city weather page appears.

Actual:
The app loads with the language that was previously set in step 2.

Expected:
The app loads with the language that was previously set in step 6.

Changing the language multiple times without closing the app can sometimes cause the app to retain the next to last change made.
