98560 - Can't backspace/delete between body text and a <p>

Description

using 8/3 build of netscape

1) launch netscape
2) open above URL in browser
3) select All
4) Edit | Copy
5) open a new blank page to edit
4) enter a bullet item
5) Edit | Paste
6) put caret on second line in front of: "In that meeting..."
7) now hit backspace to get this line of text on previous line

you can't do it...its stuck......this step 7) is what a lot of people do out
there in order to get that line of text into the previous line, and from
there they hit return in order to push that line into the next bullet list.

This is a bug found internally while creating/compiling status reports..

Summary of bug might need to be changed as we find out the problem.

I just attatched a 2 line minimal test case. This bug has nothing to do with 
lists, for some reason we can't backspace/delete body text and a paragraph (<p> 
tag). Just load this test case into composer, place the caret before the 2nd 
line of text and hit backspace.

Changing summary from:

    "can't make this document into list items in 6.1"

to:

    "Can't backspace/delete between body text and a <p>"

thanks Kin....adding QAHP cause this is a usability issue.
removing original URL...Kin's testcase is better.
