Description:
When The Weather Channel app is launched, the user does not see a loading icon to indicate the progress of the data being loaded.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20140319000200
2) Launch the Marketplace app and download The Weather Channel app.
3) Launch The Weather Channel from the homescreen.
4) Observe the app as it loads, navigating past the setup pages as they appear.
5) When the city weather page loads, long tap the Home button and close the app.
6) Relaunch The Weather Channel and observe the app as it loads.

Actual:
A blank screen is shown as the app loads, with no loading icon present.

Expected:
A loading icon is shown as the app loads, showing the user that the data is being loaded to the device.

Besides launching app, there is also no loading icon on switching between pages (such as Now, Hourly and so on)

Reproduced bug on Helix v1.3 and Buri v1.3  Still see blank screen, no loading icon.

Hi Nicole - I just tested the pages and even though the pages load pretty quickly for me without any lag, I was able to see the loading icon for a split second before the 36 hour weather page loaded. Can you please try going to a new city on the app to ensure the page is not pulled from a previous cache?

Hi all

TWC confirmed to me (and I'm able to see it)that the  loading icon was added in the May release. Please clear cache and retest
