Description:
Tapping a link to load a page can result in an error message and a failed load, or the page loading only partially.  The page will look broken with black patches.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140319000200
2) Tap marketplace
3) Search for and download Audioteka (spanish)
4) Launch Audioteka
5) Select one of the given links
6) Observe load error message or incomplete load
7) If page loads correctly, force kill app and redo steps 4-6

Actual:
Pages can load only partially or not at all with an error.

Expected:
Pages load correctly.

There might be two bugs here - one involving the SSL issue and the other being the broken rendering.

Actually switching to qawanted to see if this reproduces with tiling disabled.

Discussed in triage - the SSL error is a different problem.

Can you open a separate bug for that under TE --> Preinstalled B2G Apps?

Issue does not repro when tiling is disabled.

I'm adding the dependency here to bug 984618 as the same genlock errors are seen in both bugs & bug 984618 has a patch. When that lands, we should retest this.

When HWC is disabled, this bug is not reproducible in latest master on buri.  (When enabled, bug 984618 like rendering error is visible on the app)
