Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigated to Advanced search ~ Custom Search 
2. Created query involving field with a fixed list of values


Actual results:

2. I could not select a value from the fields value list when entrering hte value to be searched for


Expected results:

2. The ability to, optionally, select a value from the field's value list when entering the value to be searched for.

This would:
- avoid typing errors
- if correctly implemented (BZ implements the search using the value identifier not the value string), allow field values strings to be changed in Administration ~ Field values without breaking searches.
