Description:
On a newly flashed phone Syncing contact via facebook has part of the settings page visuals blocked.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140320000349
2) On a newly flashed phone, go to the Contacts app.
3) Select Settings.
4) Select sync Facebook contacts.
5) Input FB Email and Password.
6) Press X icon after FB contacts load.

Actual:
Part of the screen with the "Update Imported Friends."button is cut off at the bottom. 

Expected:
Nothing if visually cut off.

That range would imply that bug 980679 is intending to fix this problem.

Actually, if this isn't reproducing on 1.4, then this isn't fixed by the dependency - something else fixed this.
