STR:

1. Flash phone with the latest build.
2. Go to Homescreen and open "Test Container" app

Tested this on Hamachi, latest build:

Was there a "this app just crashed" message when the app crashed?

I can't replicate this. Were you running this after an automated test?

I guess, I didn't run it after a fresh install, don't really remember exactly, but more it's most likely that I have tested this after running an automated test.
