1. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/eco-theme/
2. Click the arrows to enter OSX Lion full screen
3. Observer the background image of the toolbar

Expected:

1. The position of the background is kept relative to the elements on the toolbar

Actual:

1. The position of the image jumps up a bit.
bug 963590 comment 16 has the fix.
