Steps to reproduce:
1) Expand attached zip file.
2) Open xhtml file in browser.
Actual results:
Table starts on second column and flows over the bottom of the column page boundary, remaining in the second column.
Expected results:
Table should start immediately under third heading in the first column and flow over all the columns necessary to fit the table within the column page layout.
