After resize, sometimes the email address disappear completely or the grid line
is cut

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose New Message
2. Move the line between Attachment and Receipant list; and/or
3. Move the line between Body and Receipant list.

Actual Results:  Receipant Disappear or chopped

Expected Results:  Receiptant remain there

I think it is related to the receipant's list behaviour but the cause were
different.
Shall we have a general bug like "Receipant List not refreshed properly" and add
the different causes to that bug's comment?

marking this a dup of 96899. This can be reopened if fixing bug 96899 is not 
able to resolved this problem.

This is indeed a DUP.  There is a root cause of all this.
