User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140314220517 Steps to reproduce: User opens Firefox on a multi-user computer more than 60 days after they used that particular computer. Actual results: User is prompted to reset profile. Expected results: Computer is managed by someone other than the user. User should not be receiving prompts to reset the configuration.

Bug 955950 was fixed in Firefox 29, which will be released next week. For versions prior to that, you should follow the advice at bug 498181 comment 51 (delete the profile lock file in your default images).
