[Reproduce Steps]
0. Turn on DSDS manually and put two SIMs which have pin code
> adb shell setprop persist.radio.multisim.config dsds
> adb reboot
1. Enter first SIM pin -> Press OK button
2. Verify Second SIM pin page items

[Expected Result]
Same with first SIM page
---------------------------------------------
[Actual Result]
Option buttons will disappear
Actually it is overlapped by keyboard, but it should above it

Mike - Can you check if this happens on 1.3 with the reference device or a fugu device?

verify on fugu with below v1.3 build, it's fine

I don't understand why this would be considered a bug.
UX - Can you clarify the expected behavior here?

Yes, according to the screenshot here, it's a bug. The "Ok" and "Skip" buttons are missing.

This isn't just flame. it's a dsds bug 980217
