User Story

As a user I do not want SMS sent or received by cost control for checking balance or top-up to be stored, so that I avoid SMS storage is full of messages I do not have to pay attention

Assumptions:
* Cost control app sends an SMS every check balance or top-up request to a predefined number
* Then cost control app waits for an answer for some time via SMS also from a predefined number
* Check balance of cost control app can be requested both on demand and automatically
* Top-up of cost control app can be requested only on demand
* Cost control app contains different predefined SMS numbers per each country based on MCC/MNC
* In some countries a user can check balance or top-up via SMS using the same number as cost control app

Acceptance criteria:
* Every SMS sent on check balance or top-up by cost control app will not be stored
* Every SMS received as an answer of check balance or top-up by cost control app will not be stored
* All SMS directly sent by a user will be stored
* All SMS received as an answer of an SMS sent by a user will be stored
