1. Reboot the phone
2. Open any application (such as Settings)
3. Press the home key

Expected result:
UI should return to home screen

Actual result:
UI returns to home screen and home screen crashes

This is easily re-producible on latest builds,

Unable to reproduce this on the latest 1.4 Buri (ICS-based).
